When planning lessons, I meet with the ELL and SPED teachers to make sure all students needs are being met.
Attended Gender Diversity workshop, added a variety of books on the topic to the collection, and highlight important information on the library website homepage.

I order a wide variety of resources and fiction titles that reflect all students in our building and display them publicly.
Welcome signs let all students (and staff) know they are welcome and respected.
