IV-A-1. Reflective Practice
Reflection is mostly accomplished through impromptu check-ins with teachers about how we thought lessons went. From time to time, adjustments are made to lessons and new lessons are added to fill in gaps.
Reflection is also accomplished through professional development. This year, I attended the WGBH Digital Learning Day as a way to get new ideas to help further my practice.
Below are meeting notes from a sixth grade Social Studies meeting I attended after teaching a research unit. We discussed what needs to be changed for future instruction.
